ED2 gene in alpaca: isolation and expression analysis.
The matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a family of proteases that are involved in a wide range of physiological and pathological processes such as angiogenesis, development, wound repair, inflammation and tumor metastasis. These enzymes play an important role in many diseases in both humans and animals. In this study, we present a method for the isolation of the ED2 gene of the alpaca (Lama pacos) and expression analysis in alpaca leukocytes. The ED2 cDNA sequence is 3157 bp long. There are three exons, as in bovine, with the first and the second containing 59 and 729 bp, respectively. The ED2 gene presents the correct transcription start site and correct termination site. The ED2 gene is a single copy in alpaca. Real time PCR analysis showed that the expression of ED2 is higher in alpaca than in humans, indicating that this gene might have a relevant role in alpaca biology. I have a lot of.txt files stored in a directory (their names are like this:
Now I want to copy all.txt files into one new file with a name like this:
All files should be together in the new.txt file.
I have tried this:
copy *.txt T.txt
But this does only work for the first file.
Is there a solution which copies all files at once?
This will work for many filenames:
rename.txt T.txt *.txt
This is a simpler command for the same purpose:

Markups such as comments, instructions and action items can be assigned to an entity in drawings. Markup Assist automatically translates entity attributes into marks that are linked to the entity. Attributes can be set on layers, blocks or all entities.
